Room prices

In EURO per person/day with breakfast. Discount for 3rd person in a triple room; 100% discount for children from 0-2, 20% discount from 16 and above

Holiday apartment prices:

Prices are per apartment/day including heating, hot water, bedding, table linen and towels. The prices do not include final cleaning costs, local tax or telephone calls (according to the call meter).

Local tax summer € 1.62, winter € 1.84

Each guest over the age of 15 (i.e. 16 and 17 year-olds too) is obliged to pay this tax.

Guests staying in the apartments can also book a breakfast buffet option. We charge an additional € 10.00 per person/day for this. We offer a discount for children.

General information: Arrival and departure: The rooms and apartments are ready to move into from 14:00 on the day of arrival. We also kindly ask you to vacate your rooms and apartments by 9:30 on the day of departure. If you arrive late or leave early, for whatever reason, we charge 80% of the full booking price for your room or apartment.

Pets: Permitted on request. We charge € 7 per dog/day. We will charge for any damage caused by your pets in the rooms or hotel. You are not permitted to take pets into the dining room or leisure area. Please bring a blanket and basket for your dog. If you leave your room or apartment very dirty, we reserve the right to charge for final cleaning costs (€ 50).

Reservations/deposit: Once you have made a reservation, you will receive written confirmation by e-mail or fax. In the confirmation document, we will ask for a deposit, which must be transferred to us by a specified date. As soon as we receive your deposit, your accommodation will be reserved for you. For short stays of up to three days, we charge a 10% surcharge on the relevant season price.

Payment: You may either pay in cash or by bank transfer in advance.
