Winter bliss on the sunny plateau

The marvellously idyllic location of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis " ski dimension“ makes it a really special place. Having long since left the narrow valley behind, 187 kilometres of pistes weave around up to a height of 2800 km above sea level. Every day, the sun shines and the snow glistens anew here.

Two lifts – the “Schönjochbahn” and the “Möseralmbahn” – connect Fiss to Tyrol’s ski dimension Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. You can also use the “Sonnenbahn” lift and three small beginner practice lifts. You will also find “Berta’s Kinderland” of the Fiss-Ladis ski school at the “Sonnenbahn”.

There are no queues here, for our lifts can transport 75,000 skiers up the mountain every hour.

Whether carving or racing runs, mogul slopes, deep snow descents, or the half pipe – all slopes are excellently groomed. However, the many innovative ideas of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis also provide plenty of diversity: Snowtubing, snowfox (carving while sitting down), Fisser Flieger (kite-like glider), or Skyswing – to name but a few – really get your adrenalin pumping.

We also ensure our guests are comfortable. Firstly, all our lifts and cable cars use the latest technology, and secondly, a variety of services are available to you to make your life easier. For example, you can simply leave your winter sports equipment at the cable car station in the valley, so you don’t have the hassle of carrying your gear around.

PERFECT CROSS-COUNTRY TRAILS

An additional service is available to cross-country skiers. Special lift tickets allow you to use the lifts to the high-altitude tracks at discounted rates. Day visitors can also use the “Nordic Points” changing rooms and showers.

There is a very good reason for this service. After all, the cross-country skiing trails on the sunny plateau have been created almost entirely by nature. This makes cross-country skiing a special feature of the region, which is a member of the Tyrolean Cross-Country Skiing specialists and has been awarded the Loipen Gütesiegel (seal of quality) for its trails. In Fiss alone, you can ski on seven trails of the 146-km long cross-country skiing network.

FOLLOWING YOUR NOSE

The route to absolute peace in the snowy mountain world off-piste is one of the most amazing experiences for individualists. Look deep within yourself and in your natural surroundings whilst on a ski tour – with fur-covered skis – and enjoy the final sweep down into the valley.

THE BOARD THAT MEANS THE WORLD

Special attention has been paid to snowboarders’ needs in recent years: With a fun and practice arena, Boarder-X, an easy mogul run, high-speed runs and rails, this is the perfect place to try out this cool sport.

“BERTA’S KINDERLAND” FOR KIDS

Children will love wintertime in Fiss, for Fiss devotes itself entirely to its young guests. In “Berta’s Kinderland”, children from 3 months and above (“Murmli Club”) are well looked after and have heaps of fun in the kindergarten for guests, doing skiing lessons, playing in the Red Indian village or igloo village, on excursions to the Fiss cave world, and much more.

FROLICS IN THE SNOW

No winter village is complete without a toboggan run. There is fun to be had by the whole family on the toboggan run that takes you over the Steinegg and the Kuhalm to Fiss. Of course, this would not be complete without a snowball fight and a few frolics in the snow.
