One of our newly renovated and charming comfort apartments. The apartment includes two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms including a shower and lavatory each, a fully-equipped kitchen, an open-plan living room with a dining area, as well as a separate bathroom with a lavatory. This holiday flat is located on the first floor of the Poltehof and features a lovely balcony, which is the best place to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine and views of the surrounding alpine landscape.

Rates exclude final cleaning cost: 120.- EUR per stay
Rates exclude the local tax: 2.60 EUR / per person and day - applies to all persons who are 15 or older on 1st January of the year of arrival. For bookings for the year 2021, all persons up to and including the year 2005 are subject to local taxes. For bookings for the year 2022, all persons up to and including the year 2006 are subject to local tax.
