Situated on the second floor, guests can take advantage of the balcony with delightful views of Fiss' church spire, the village, and the surrounding alpine landscape. In the morning, the balcony is also the ideal place for a lovely breakfast in the early-morning sunshine.

Rates exclude final cleaning cost: 120.- EUR per stay
Rates exclude the local tax: 2.60 EUR / per person and day - applies to all persons who are 15 or older on 1st January of the year of arrival. For bookings for the year 2021, all persons up to and including the year 2005 are subject to local taxes. For bookings for the year 2022, all persons up to and including the year 2006 are subject to local tax.
